Three years after losing his childhood love, Santhosh decides to give love one final chance. With the support of his best friend Dhanush, he revisits the memories of Class 12B and goes to Nithya's college, even travelling on the same bus she takes every day, hoping to reconnect with her. As they spend time together, Santhosh believes fate has brought them together again and finally confesses his love. However, Nithya rejects him, leaving him heartbroken and forcing him to accept that their story is over. That night, Santhosh dreams that Nithya messages him from the bus and calls him to meet her. When he says he will never return if she stays silent, Nithya finally confesses that she loves him—but Santhosh suddenly wakes up, realizing it was only a dream. 12B is an emotional romantic drama about first love, hope, and the bittersweet difference between dreams and reality.
